Proposals will be provided to you within 24 hours or within your designated date and timeframe.
Set-up site inspections and provide detailed itinerary to properties.
Offer advice and recommendations to our clients to assist them in decision-making.
Review contracts for deposit requirements, reservation cut-off dates, appropriate meeting space, attrition, and cancellation clauses (optional).
Once a contract is signed, we will provide you with a summary outlining items that are due to the hotel, such as, deposit, rooming list, attrition deadline, final payment, etc. (optional).
